Amperis is sponsoring Avifauna

Amperis is sponsoring Avifauna. Avifauna is a bird conservation center located in Otero de Rey, Spain. The center focuses on the conservation, breeding and study of birds, with the goal of protecting endangered species and promoting biodiversity.

The center hosts a variety of bird species, including the cassowary, which is a large, flightless bird that is native to the tropical forests of Australia, New Guinea, and nearby islands. Cassowaries are considered to be endangered species, and the center's breeding program aims to help increase their population. After the sponsorship the female cassowary has been named Amperia.

Cassowaries are known for their distinctive helmet-like casque on their head, and a bright blue neck and head. They can weigh up to 60 kg (130 pounds) and can reach up to 1.5 m (5 ft) in height. They are omnivorous and feed on fruits, insects, small animals and fungi.

Amperis is supporting the conservation efforts of Avifauna and specifically the breeding program of Cassowaries. This sponsorship shows the company's commitment to the environment and conservation of endangered species which is a positive step towards a more sustainable future.
