The information you provide to us

We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, participate in the interactive areas of our Services, fill out a form, give us your business card or other contact information, enter a contest or promotion, complete a survey, sign up for one of our newsletters, make a purchase, communicate with us through third party social media platforms, request technical support, or otherwise contact us. We collect various types of information, such as name, email address, postal address, telephone number, company name and contact details, job title, industry sector, photographs, videos and other information you provide to us.

Information we automatically collect when you use our Services

We automatically collect information about users who use or access our Services, in particular:

Log information: we record information about your use of our Services, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, number of clicks, and the page you visited before accessing our Services.

Device information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

Location information: we may collect information about the location of your mobile device each time you use or access one of our mobile applications.

Information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies: We use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as invisible pixels) to enhance your experience, to enable us to tailor our content to your interests and to distinguish you from other users of our Services. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers containing no personal information that we store in your browser or on your device’s hard drive. A cookie may contain information, such as your user ID or preferences, that the Services use to personalise content, track the pages you visit, or save your password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our Services. We do not track your personal information through cookies unless you agree to provide us with this type of information, for example, by registering or logging in to our Services. We use the following types of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies: these are cookies or other tracking mechanisms that are necessary for our Services to work as we want them to. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to use a shopping cart.

Analytics/performance cookies: these allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors we receive and to see how visitors move around our Services. This helps us to improve the way our Services work, for example, it helps us to make sure that users can easily find what they are looking for.

Functionality cookies: these cookies allow us to personalise our content, greet you by name and remember your preferences (e.g. your choice of language and region). They also allow us to recognise you when you return to our Services.

Third-party cookies: We may authorise third parties to place cookies on your device for advertising and analytics purposes. For more information about these cookies, please see the section “Advertising and analytics services provided by third parties”.

When you first visit our Services, we will ask for your consent to our use of cookies if required by law. We assume that you consent when you tick a box and click the “I agree” (or similar) button or when we include a clear and conspicuous notice that we use cookies and you continue to browse our Services despite that notice. If you give us your consent, we will set an opt-in cookie on your device. If you do not give us your consent, we will set a reject cookie. This way we will remember your choice and not ask you again in the future. If you change your mind, you can simply delete cookies from your device (see your software provider’s documentation) and the next time you visit our Services, we will ask you again if you consent to our use of cookies. You can also set your browser options to receive a message each time we set a cookie on your computer or even to block the setting of cookies. While refusing cookies does not restrict your ability to interact with most of our Services, you will need to accept cookies in order to enter areas of our Services that require registration or login. If you reject cookies altogether, you may not be able to access all features and services (e.g. remembering your choice of language).
