A lightweight, yet rugged, portable unit for theevacuation of gas switchgear, or breakercompartments; and regulated filling using standard SF6 gas cylinders.

Features:

  • Rugged steel enclosure.
  • Regulated inlet for direct connection to high-pressure bottles without throttling.
  • High discharge pressure for liquefaction in high ambient temperatures.
  • Can be used with SF6 tanks, bottles or carts.
  • Automatic shut off when maximum allowable pressure is reached.
  • High pressure, direct-drive oil-less compressor with 1000:1 compression ratio (capable of1000psi – 69 bar).
  • Comes complete with 9.8ft / 3m hoses and power cable.
  • Filters are easily changed without disconnecting any tubing or using any special tools.
  • Colour change moisture indicator to monitor moisture in gas.
  • Purifies, dries and filters to 0.1 microns during recovery and re-pressurization:
  • (D1) - Dryer Filter - Contains activated alumina to aid in the drying and purification of SF6 Gas.
  • (F1) - Particulate Filter - Will filter all particulate matter down to 0.1 micron nominal.
