Multigas analyser for continuous process monitoring, in 19-inch rack or benchtop format
The Rapidox 7100 measures up to seven gases simultaneously, calculates the calorific value of energy-containing samples and integrates into control systems through analogue outputs, RS232/RS485 and Modbus RTU/Ethernet.
Advantages
Up to seven gases without cross-interference
High-precision sensors are calibrated individually to avoid cross-interference with the background process gas; flashback arrestors protect the measuring circuit where required.
Built for permanent installation
The analyser is supplied in a 19-inch rack-mount enclosure or as a benchtop version, operates on any worldwide mains voltage (90-260 V AC) and offers fixed or continuous sampling modes.
Direct integration with control systems
Programmable alarm relays, linear analogue outputs (0-10 V and 4-20 mA) and RS232/RS485 communications with Modbus RTU/Ethernet allow readings to feed SCADA and PLC systems.
A year of data on board
All readings are logged continuously: the 4 GB internal memory covers about one year of monitoring, with Excel-compatible download via USB stick.
Calorific value in real time
For biogas, syngas and other energy-containing gases, a thermodynamic calculation shows the calorific value on screen together with the composition.
Applications
- Biogas, syngas and hydrogen production analysis.
- Glove boxes and inert-gas blanketing.
- Metal heat treatment and manufacturing processes.
- Medical, food-industry and research gas analysis.
About the product
The Rapidox 7100 is a modular multigas analyser for continuous duty: the sensor combination is specified per order from a matrix that covers O2, CO, CO2, O3, H2O, H2, H2S, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, Cl2, CH4, C2H4 and SF6, among others. A 7-inch colour touchscreen, multi-language interface and password protection complete the unit.
Available accessories: calibration kit, calibration service, multiplex sampling system, gas recovery bag, gas filters, thermal printer and RS232-USB converter.

Frequently asked questions
Which mounting formats are available?
A 19-inch rack-mount enclosure for standard test racks and a benchtop version with carrying handle.
How does it connect to a control system?
Through programmable relay alarms, linear 0-10 V and 4-20 mA outputs and RS232/RS485 communications with Modbus RTU/Ethernet.
Which gases can be configured?
Up to seven from a sensor matrix including O2, CO, CO2, H2, H2S, CH4, SO2, Cl2, N2O and SF6, among others; cross-sensitivity limits some combinations.
Does it need a pump?
An optional pump (0-1 l/min) draws samples from atmospheric or sub-atmospheric sources; pressurised sources flow through the analyser directly.
