DLD-T

Fixed thermal camera for continuous temperature monitoring

Permanent thermal monitoring of critical points, integrated into the network like any IP camera.

Product overview

Watching temperature around the clock

The IR DLD-T is a fixed-mount thermal camera for continuous temperature detection: its uncooled focal-plane microdetector (640 × 480 or 384 × 288) tracks up to 10 moving points, 10 areas and 3 measurement lines in real time, capturing maximum, minimum and average temperatures with support for irregular measurement shapes.

An optic that ignores the weather

The athermalised fixed-focal lens keeps its calibration regardless of high or low ambient temperatures, and the IP66 outdoor enclosure adds lightning and surge protection for year-round exterior service.

Main features

  • Temperature output over Modbus RTU/TCP for PLC and SCADA systems.
  • One hardware alarm input and one alarm output.
  • ONVIF Profile-S/G compatibility for video management systems.
  • POE power supply: one cable for data and power.
  • IP66 enclosure with lightning and surge protection.

Applications and integration

Applications

  • Continuous thermal monitoring of substation equipment and switchgear.
  • Fire prevention on conveyors, warehouses and waste bunkers.
  • Process temperature control in unattended installations.

Integration

2

Temperature readings reach the control system over Modbus RTU/TCP, while the video stream joins any ONVIF-compatible video management platform; alarms trigger through the hardware output as well.

Simple deployment

With POE, a single Ethernet cable powers the camera and carries data, reducing wiring in outdoor installations.
