SF₆ gas servicing cart: recovery, evacuation, refilling and purification

The AMPERIS AE736A recovers SF₆ down to below 0.5 mbar while compressing up to 50 bar, pulls vacuum below 0.0001 mbar and returns the gas dried and filtered to 0.5 µm — the full servicing cycle in one cart.

Manual or PLC control with optional one-touch HMI touchscreen, choice of oil-less, oil-free or oil-lubricated compressors, and any worldwide voltage and frequency combination.

Safe by design
Automatic shut-off at maximum allowable pressure, automatic high-pressure shutdown with warning light, internal equalisation restart circuit and instrumentation-grade valves and fittings.

Mobility to match the site
Trailer, caster or skid mounting, with aluminium enclosure or roll-up tarpaulin sides, with or without on-board storage.

About the product

The AE736A is a custom-built servicing cart: simple to operate, with limited maintenance and safe, economical running. A regulated inlet connects directly to high-pressure bottles, heavy-duty suction and discharge gauges and a colour-change moisture indicator monitor the process, and 3 m hoses with power cable are included.
